This policy explains the information used to operate Individends and the choices available to members.
Last updated 25 October 2026We process account identity supplied through Auth0, saved market and watchlist preferences, membership status, security logs and communications you send us. Stripe processes payment-card information; Individends stores billing identifiers and subscription state rather than full card numbers.
Information is used to authenticate members, provide saved tools and paid access, prevent abuse, operate the service, answer requests and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Essential cookies maintain authentication, security and selected-market preferences. Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements.
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics in Privacy preferences, with advertising signals disabled. With that permission, we measure account creation, meaningful research and watchlist use, successful saves, checkout starts and verified payments. For signed-in members, we also keep daily activity categories linked to the local account to report product use and return visits. Google receives a hashed transaction reference for verified payments, currency and amount; this integration does not send your account identity, email, raw search terms or arbitrary query strings. Approved campaign labels may be used for attribution. Your preference is stored for six months. You can decline or withdraw analytics using Privacy preferences in the footer; supported browser privacy signals also disable analytics. Withdrawal stops future optional collection. You may request deletion of eligible existing records using the contact below. Google may process analytics information under its own privacy terms.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting privacy@individends.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
