This policy explains the information used to operate Individends and the choices available to members.
Last updated 30 July 2026We process account identity supplied through Auth0, saved market and watchlist preferences, membership status, security logs and communications you send us. Stripe processes payment-card information; Individends stores billing identifiers and subscription state rather than full card numbers.
Information is used to authenticate members, provide saved tools and paid access, prevent abuse, operate the service, answer requests and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Essential cookies maintain authentication, security and selected-market preferences. Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting privacy@individends.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
